Level 1 is designed to provide the introductory skills of tumbling. Floor skills include forward, backward and straddle rolls, cartwheel, handstand, bridge and back walkover.
This class is designed for back handsprings. We use a system of skills and drills to build the strength and ability needed to do a back handspring safely. This method will also allow for faster progression into other more advanced skills. Kids must be able to bridge and hold their own body weight and have a solid roundoff.
