For ages 6 and under enroll your child in the class that fits their age and grade in school.

Kids in 1st grade+ need to be in Level 1 or 2.

If your child needs to move to level 3 your teacher will let you know!

Yes, there is an annual registration fee that is due upon registration as well as every August (the beginning of the new Year).
Fee is: 
$35 individual 
$70 family

  • How am I billed?
    Charges are created on the 15th of the month for the following month. Your payment must be received by cash or check prior to the 20th or your credit card on file will be charged on the 25th plus a 4% processing fee. Enrollment is ongoing until you drop. You must drop prior to the 20th of the month in order not to be charged on the 25th. Drops can be done via the parent portal app
  • What are the refund and account credit policies?
    All fees and tuitions are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a situation arises, only account credit will be issued.
  • Do we charge a registration fee?
    Yes, we charge a $35 fee every time you sign up for classes!
  • We are new to gymnastics, what class should I enroll in?
    For ages 6 and under enroll your child in the class that fits their age and grade in school. Kids in 1st grade+ need to be in Level 1 or 2. If your child needs to move to level 3 your teacher will let you know! Tumbling & Team need to schedule an evaluation.
  • How do I make payments?
    You must have a credit card on file. You can pay by cash or check anytime before the 25th of the month at the front desk. On the 25th your card will be charged plus a 4% processing fee.
  • If I enroll mid month will we be prorated?
    Yes, all of our recreational classes are prorated!
  • How do I know when my child is ready to promote to the next level?
    The class instructors will notify you when your child is being promoted.
  • What does my child wear to class?
    Girls Gymnastics Classes- Leotards must be worn to class, bare feet and a ponytail. No dangling jewelry is permitted.
  • What is your drop policy?
    If you are on auto-pay, a TWO WEEK NOTICE is required.
  • Do you offer private lessons?
    Yes, we offer private lessons. Prices, fees, and schedules vary based on the selected coach. Please contact us at the gym to inquire.
  • Do I get a free class?
    well... if it's not for you then you owe us nothing. However, if you do decide you love it, then your tuition will start with your 1st class.
  • How do I make payments?

  • When is tuition due?
    Tuition is due on the 25th of the month for the next month. For example October tuition is due September 25th.
  • If I enroll mid month will we be prorated? (Copy)
    Yes, all of our recreational classes are prorated!
  • If I enroll more than one child, do I get a discount?
    Yes, we offer multi-sibling discounts, and multi-class discounts.
  • Do you have open enrollment?
    Yes, we are a year-round program and you can enroll at anytime.
  • How do I become a member or enroll in a trial class?
    To register you can call, come by in person or create an account online.
  • What is your make-up policy?
    For every absence, we offer a make-up class. The class must be missed before a make-up can be scheduled. If Stars cancels classes, we will offer a make-up. Only holidays such as Memorial Day, Labor Day, Good Friday, Thanksgiving, and Christmas will be offered a make-up. All other holidays are not considered in the tuition cost.
